I have seen persons frrom outsie Gujarat getting booked for taking a ride in a car where wine bottles were kept. The charge sheet stated that the person driving wa booked for being in posseision of alcoholic drinks. The persons accomapnying and the persons taking the ride were also booked on the same ground.

So, each time one wanted to hitch a hike in a car in Gujarat one needs to check whether there is any bottle of alcoholic drinks in the car. Is it possible to do this all the time? Prohibition in Gujarat is a way of making money for people in the authority. I have more evidences to cite if needed.

What is Indian culture, it is very confusing idea, We've had ancient civilizations like Lothal, Harrappa and Aryans, We've had moguls and marathas, We've had Changhis Khan and Alexander the Great, We've had British Raj and Parsi community, on eastern India side we've had Bangla people and aasamese mixed with Tibetans and Gorkha - we've had sikhs, but the main problem here is of "Drinking Alcohol" - which is considered anti-religious and that is why anti-social or vice-versa. People take Charas, Gaanja, Heroin in moderation, morphine is a wellknown pain killer for cancer patients - but that's side-tracked - or ecstacy pill, codeine etc. to do some party, even taking all these things only once can harm your nerves forever - but absolutely I am with that thing - it should be legalised and taxed heavily - just like Ciggarettes and Brothels in all over the Europe, USA and Arab world are. Of course, we do not want Moral Police like Malayasia, we do not want a nanny state like USA, we do not want such strict government like Singapore or China - We just want Balance.
Even in Australia Horse Races, Poker and National Lotteries - the so called vices are as popular as their beer -drinking habits but everything is legalised , in a decent Framework and Taxed accordingly. Every weekend traffic patrols in USA , UK - you name those first world countries - does more than Frequent Breath Testing - So there are more Jobs for Police and BreathAnalyser Equipment companies - out of those Tax Money - which are used to make Roads safer and in case of Gujarat Better. But Gujarat can never achieve this - they can not use their own oil and gas, pay the most for Oil, Gas and Electricity in the whole country - these people cannot achieve -
Balanced Alcoholism.
If I talk about Africa
